Housing & Community Development Act Committee's 2011 One Year Action Plan Public Hearing TUESDAY DEC 14th 7:30
A draft of the One Year Action Plan will be available on the City’s website at www.cityofevanston.org/cdbg or in the Community & Economic Development Department/Planning and Zoning Division office, Room 3000, Lorraine H. Morton Civic Center, 2100 Ridge Avenue, Evanston, Illinois 60201 beginning December 6, 2010.
The City of Evanston’s Housing & Community Development Act Committee will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, December 14 at 7:30 p.m. in Room 2404 of the Lorraine H. Morton Civic Center, 2100 Ridge Ave.
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive citizen comments on the proposed 2011 One Year Action Plan and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Budget for FY 2011, which begins March 1, 2011 and ends December 31, 2011. The One Year Action Plan will discuss the City’s plans for using federal entitlement funds from HUD in 2011.
The public hearing is part of the 30-day comment period, which opens December 6, 2010 and closes at 12 noon CST on January 4, 2011. Citizen comments will also be accepted in writing at the City of Evanston Planning and Zoning Division Office, Room 3000, Lorraine H. Morton Civic Center, 2100 Ridge Avenue, Evanston, Illinois 60201 and by e-mail at cdbg@cityofevanston.org.
